Entry Procedure

Al-Sadiq School accepts girls and boys to start in Reception class from the September following their 4th birthday. Boys continue through the school until the culmination of Key Stage Four in Year 11. Girls are automatically enrolled into Al-Zahra School from Year 4 onwards. We encourage pupils to join at the beginning of the academic year, however in-year applications are also possible (apart from Year 11). Places are awarded on the basis of available vacancies and we will ask to see reports from previous schools.

All applicants are assessed depending on age and the year group for which the application is being made.  Primary applicants are assessed on Maths and English. Secondary applicants are assessed on Maths, English and Science.  If successful, the applicant is then invited to an interview with the Headteacher.
