It is a privilege and pleasure to welcome you to Al-Sadiq School; a thriving independent school in London’s Borough of Brent.
Inspired by his integrity and lifelong pursuit of scholarly excellence, our school is named after Imam Ja’far Sadiq (p.b.u.h), the sixth Imam of the Shia'a faith.
Our average attainment scores are typically above the national average, across the school.
I was a student at Al-Sadiq from Year 3 until Year 11. I graduated in 2003, and I only have the best memories of the school, teachers and my friends who have remained my friends now in adult life. I still keep in touch with them and see then often. I am now a GP, in the private sector and the foundation the school gave me in knowledge, faith and character have served me very well, and I am grateful to have been a student there.
From its inauguration in September 1991, I spent 11 quality years at asaz....11 years that I look back on with pride & joy and many moments spent that I truly cherish and will never forget.
In addition to the high-quality curricular education taught by well experienced teachers, the unique opportunity to have Islamic lessons with a focus on the teachings of the Ahlulbayt (as) and the Quran was an added bonus and special incentive.
After A-Levels at Woodhouse College, I studied pharmacy at University of London, School of Pharmacy. In 2012, I successfully completed a Masters degree in Islamic studies at The Islamic College, London, under the supervision of Ayatollah Sayed Fadhil Milani, and then further continued my Islamic studies in the Islamic Seminary (Hawza Ilmiya).
